The diet type defines the ratio of carbohydrates, protein, and fat of your diet. You can choose one of the predefined ones or create your own with your own ratios.
To change your diet type, follow the steps below:
- Go to the distributions tab (the second tab of the app)
- Tap on “Diet type“
- Select the diet type you prefer or select “Custom” to create a customized one
You can change your diet type at any time. Note that this change will only affect the present and future days. Past days will remain with the diet type they were on when tracked.
