If you’re working with a health coach or personal trainer, it can be useful to email them your daily logging information. You can send the PDF to someone else or to your own email address in a few steps:

  • Open the day or meal plan that you want to export
  • Tap the day/meal plan options button (the three dots icon at the top right)
  • Select “Diet export
  • After a few seconds, your email app will be open to send the PDF to whoever you want

Note: The export to PDF option is only available in the Plus version of Macros.
