First of all, don’t panic! We store your data on our servers and we can help you to recover it as long as you still have access to the device where the data was stored.
If you did create an account (we highly recommend that you create an account!) you can recover all your data by just login back with your email. To log in:
- Open the settings menu of the app
- Open the “My account” section
- Fill your email and password and tap “Login“. Your data will be restored automatically.
If you did not have an account, please go to the settings menu of the app and tap the “Contact” button and we will assist you in recovering your data.
