The Macros app does not have an auto-renewable subscription. This means that you will never be automatically charged and therefore there is no need to cancel it.
If you want to cancel it, do not pay again and it will expire automatically. To be clear, you will never be charged automatically by the app unless you buy a new subscription manually and confirm your purchase.
