Sometimes the log entries and charts don’t tell the whole story, in those cases, you can add your own notes to really capture what was going on a particular day.
Follow these steps to add notes to your daily log entries:
- Navigate to the calorie counter (third tab of the app)
- Tap the day’s options button (the three dots icon) at the top right
- Select “Notes“
- Write your note and tap “Save“
You can follow the same step to review your notes or edit them.
Note: The option to add notes is only available in the Plus version of the app.
