Most users track macronutrients as a daily metric only, you can also set calories and macronutrient goals at a meal level and track progress for each individual meal. Follow the next steps to do so:
- Open the Distributions tab (the second tab of the app)
- Select the option “Edit meals distribution“
- Select if you want to set goals by calories or by individual macronutrients (by individual macronutrients is only available in the Plus version of Macros)
- Set the desired percentages for each meal
- Tap “Save” to apply the changes
Now you can track each meal’s macronutrient goal at the bottom of each meal, tap on the current macronutrient values to show/hide the goals.
